Event: SMS (EN)

Important.

For sending SMS, the silence detection uses SMS services from MessageBird. Previously, MessageBird introduced a new platform that does not work with the current download tool. You may not be able to use SMS.

Do you already have an active MessageBird account? And can you log in to the old MessageBird dashboard? (https://dashboard.messagebird.com), then you can use the SMS services. Follow the instructions below for more explanation.

Do you not have an active MessageBird account or have you recently created a MessageBird account? And you can no longer log in to the old dashboard but only to the new dashboard (Bird), then you cannot use the SMS functionality of the silence detection. Important: do not purchase SMS credits on the new platform. These cannot be used.

A solution is being worked on.

In this window settings are made for sending an SMS. To do this you need to create an account and purchase SMS credit at https://www.messagebird.nl

The API key (token) must be entered in the silence detection. Click apply and the amount of credit will be visible.

Please also enter at least one phone number.

Release of Silent detection versions 1.9.5 or lower do not require an API key but a MessageBird username and password. This does not work anymore. Upgrade silence detection to version 1.9.6 or higher for API use
