Important.For sending SMS, the silence detection uses SMS services from MessageBird. Previously, MessageBird introduced a new platform that does not work with the current download tool. You may not be able to use SMS. Do you already have an active MessageBird account? And can you log in to the old MessageBird dashboard? (https://dashboard.messagebird.com), then you can use the SMS services. Follow the instructions below for more explanation. Do you not have an active MessageBird account or have you recently created a MessageBird account? And you can no longer log in to the old dashboard but only to the new dashboard (Bird), then you cannot use the SMS functionality of the silence detection. Important: do not purchase SMS credits on the new platform. These cannot be used. A solution is being worked on. |
